As a reminder, our shipping times to the US is generally:

Due to the current customs backlog, your order may take up to 14 additional days to be delivered.
We are doing our best to ensure your order arrives at customs as soon as possible to minimize this waiting period, but, ultimately it is beyond our control.
When tracking your order, you may see the following message
"In Transit LOS ANGELES - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA -> Arrived at AIRPORT of Destination,Custom clearance in processing."
Most of the delays are happening between this and the sorting facilities as we. have seen. increasing number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in postal service workers.
